Outac is Sport Northumbria Mountaineering Club (formerly OUTdoor Activities Club, hence the name Outac).

We have a timetable of events starting in October with a weekend trip to some picturesque part of the British Isles every second weekend or so. We actually do far more hillwalking and trekking than mountaineering so don't be scared if you're not very fit or experienced! See Trip List for (unsurprisingly), a list of the trips.

Outac recognises that climbing and mountaineering are activities with a danger of personal injury or death. Participants in these activities should be aware of and accept these risks and be responsible for their own actions and involvement.

MOUNTAIN BIKING CLUB Esther has taken over the Team Northumbria Mountain Biking Club and she now needs some members since there is only 2 of them! Esther can be contacted on 07709097507.
