A very good trip. We walked in to the
bothy from Swindale head, which took less than a couple of hours. Then spent
the night in the bothy sheltering by the warmth of the fire from the raging
blizzards outside. The next day the weather was glorious with bright sunshine
on the freshly fallen snow. High street was knocked off and we were back at
Swindale head after seven hours. A magnificent day out!
