High Street and Mosedale - March. Scrambling and walking in one of the most famous parts of England! The transport is leaving on Saturday afternoon. We are staying in Mosedale Cottage Bothy which is pretty grim any time of year, never mind in February!

• Travel : Its 100 miles and should take 2 hours.
• Accommodation : In Mosedale Bothy which is not near a pub. Outac star rating : * (grim)
• Routes : Harter Fell and High Street
• Kit : Remember it's winter! Very cold and lots of snow!
• Other things to bear in mind : There is no electricity or running water except for a stream, no toilet (well… no conventional toilet), all fuel for the fire needs to be carried in by us. It’s about a 3 hour walk in from where we can park. You will need a good sleeping bag and a sleeping mat. Bring your own food and stove.
